  • Photos and videos sent between users may be temporarily stored for delivery. We do not access media unless required for moderation or legal compliance.

  • Information on how you use the app, including activity logs, IP address, device type, app version, crash reports, and access times.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to:

  • Facilitate voice communication between users

  • Share your location with trusted contacts during emergencies (SOS feature)

  • Enable real-time tracking for safety and location-sharing features

  • Deliver media (photos, videos) between users

  • Notify users in emergency or critical situations

  • Improve the app’s performance and user experience

  • Enforce our terms and ensure user safety

3. Emergency SOS Feature

When the SOS feature is activated:

  • Your real-time location will be broadcast to selected contacts or nearby users as configured in your settings.

  • A panic alert may be sent via notifications, SMS, or in-app messages.

  • Your emergency profile (if set up) may be shared to assist responders or contacts.

This feature is only activated manually or as otherwise clearly informed to you.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal data. However, we may share your information with:

  • Trusted Contacts: In the event of an SOS activation.

  • Service Providers: Who help us run and maintain our services (e.g., cloud providers, analytics).

  • Legal Authorities: When required by law or in response to legal requests.

  • Other Users: When you engage in communications or location/media sharing.

5. Data Retention

  • Voice, media, and location data are retained only as long as necessary to provide services or comply with law.

  • You may delete your account to remove personal data, subject to backup and legal retention policies.

We implement technical and organizational measures to safeguard your data:

  • Encrypted communications

  • Access controls

  • Periodic security reviews

Despite these measures, no app is 100% secure. Please use caution and report suspicious activity.

7. Your Choices

  • Location Sharing: You can disable GPS/location access in device settings, though core features may not function.

  • Account Deletion: You may request deletion of your data and account at any time.

  • Push Notifications: You can opt out via device settings.

8. Children’s Privacy

This app is not intended for use by children under the age of 13 (or equivalent age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect data from children without parental consent.
