We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our expanding Telesales Team with an immediate start! 

Radio Shop UK are looking for a driven individual to join our team. This job is not a work from home role, it is not a pyramid scheme and this is a proper job working in our Leeds city centre office. We are looking for a confident, self-driven individuals to join our sales team and help grow our B2B sales. You must be confident in generating new leads, working with targets and delivering results.

The key roles and responsibilities will be:

• Making outbound calls to promote Radio-Shop's products and services
• Answer telephone calls from potential customers
• Complete orders on the telephone using our on-line system
• Handle customer questions (technicians can contact the customer if complex product questions arise)
• Provide pricing details

The right candidate must display the following key competencies:

Candidates ideally must also be:

• Computer Literate
• Hold a full driving license

Required education:

• Secondary education

Details:

• We offer a salary of £8.00 per hour
• Negotiable 15-18 hours per week, Monday to Friday (No Weekends)
• Ideally 10:00-15:00 3 Days a week.
• Ideally the candidate will have some form of sales experience and more importantly they need to have confidence and be able to use a computer.
