Supporting Local Charities - St Gemma's Hospice

Here at Radio-Shop UK we pride ourselves on supporting local charities, including St Gemma's Hospice.

For over a year we have provided two way radios and accessories, free of charge, to St Gemma's Hospice to assist in the smooth running of their fundraising events. Head of Fundraising, Gail sent us a lovely message following the latest event (Bubble Rush):

"I would like to say a huge thanks once again to Radio-Shop UK for their support of the Leeds Bubble Rush, raising money for St Gemma’s Hospice.  The use of the two-way radios at our event makes a huge different to the organisation and running of the event on the day.  The radios are extremely effective and work over a long range, providing clear communication between our team.

The Bubble Rush was a huge success on the day with over 2000 participants taking part in the bubbly fun at Harewood House.  We hope that the event will raise over £85,000 towards the specialist care that the Hospice provides for local people living with a terminal illness. On behalf of everyone at St Gemma’s Hospice I would like to pass on our sincere thanks for your support with this event."

We look forward to continuing our support of the charity and hearing about the fantastic funds that are raised from these events.
